Abstract
The final part of our product review of Aurora's FirstLight, an intelligence platform, looks at the help and training available to users as well as the product’s value. We also look at other players in the intelligence platforms market. Some of the companies include big names such as LexisNexis, Dow Jones and Thomson Reuters as well as Meltwater, Manzama, and Northern Light, amongst others. We also look at product development plans for the next few years as well as pricing options.
