In the final part of Jinfo's benchmarking research, director of research, Robin Neidorf, analyses how the most successful information teams actively manage and develop their strategy, measurement metrics and budget. She reports on areas such as frequency of strategy updates, measurement of staff time on various activities, use of workflow and other efficiency tools, and breakdown of budget for content licensing.
