Join this interactive workshop as we explore how AI is reshaping stakeholder engagement, discuss the evolving contribution of information teams, and share practical approaches for communicating value.

We'll explore:

Has AI changed the stakeholders we engage with – or simply the conversations?
What new questions are stakeholders asking?
What is the unique contribution of the information function in an AI-enabled organisation?
How do we communicate that contribution effectively?
How can AI help us strengthen stakeholder engagement?

This workshop is discussion-based and relies on active participation. We encourage you to share your experiences, challenges and ideas throughout the session.
