Kim Sarkisian
Senior Analyst
Kim Sarkisian has 30 years of experience in research and B2B communications in the technology and information services industries. In addition to developing marketing content for a diverse range of organisations, she has worked extensively with product managers and functional leaders to develop and execute research projects to inform product planning, measure customer satisfaction, and investigate new market opportunities.
Prior to Jinfo, Kim was an independent marketing consultant, researcher and writer. She began her career at the global public relations consulting firm Hill+Knowlton.
Kim holds a BA in Journalism from Roger Williams University and a Certificate of Special Studies in Administration and Management from Harvard University Extension School.
