Jennifer McNenly is a librarian with experience in corporate, non-profit and legal environments. As Knowledge Systems Product Architect at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP Jennifer liaises between the Library, the Knowledge Management group, legal professionals and the Information Services department to develop content, design structure and findability for the firm"s SharePoint intranet. She has extensive experience in the design, usability, and maintenance of the firm"s knowledge management databases, blogs, wikis and current awareness services. She is the firm"s expert on enterprise search, taxonomy and metadata standards. Jennifer also provides legal research support services.
