Matchplat is a new platform, designed to support sales, business development, and procurement teams through AI-enhanced company search.

The product already shows considerable promise, so we have produced a full product review and video demo:

Around 90% of the platform's insights are generated through Matchplat's own algorithms, with Orbis data incorporated to strengthen company profiles and financials.

Visualisation tools, including list and map views, enable users to examine company clusters and drill into individual profiles easily.

Each company record includes details, contacts, branches, financial overviews, and a "query match" section showing why the company was returned.

Matchplat introduces a fresh, AI-supported way to search for and compile company lists, blending the structure of traditional data tools with the flexibility of modern search technology:

• Step 1: Start with a traditional, keyword-style search – multiple datasets are scanned, and this broad approach ensures no potentially relevant organisation is missed early on.
  
  
• Step 2: Add structure with industry classification codes, using reliable Orbis data, which users can refine.
  
  
• Step 3: Refine with an AI-driven process, which analyses context and applies additional filters, resulting in a cleaner, even more accurate final list.

What makes Matchplat stand out is the way it combines human-like search flexibility with data-driven rigour - it not only retrieves relevant results but also reduces noise, and highlights unexpected opportunities that might be missed in more rigid systems.
