In the final part of Jinfo's product review of Opoint Technology's M-360, a web-based news monitoring tool from M-Brain Norway, we look at the overall value offered by the product, including the help and training available, its mobile phone app and pricing. We also take a look at its competitors, including Retriever, Meltwater and Moreover and find out what plans it has to develop the product.

In the third part of Jinfo's product review of Opoint Technology's M-360, a web-based news monitoring tool from M-Brain Norway, we look at its technology. Specifically, the user interface and search functionality and how it collates its many sources. We also look at alerts, feeds, reports and statistics available as well as the administrator's role within the product.

It can be used to monitor and analyse topics, organisations, and people in real-time and it's used by those working in public relations, information, business development and journalism.
