BASF's knowledge platform demo
Jinfo Community
10th March 2026
Description
In light of the overwhelmingly-positive feedback from the recent Jinfo Community session and report, Stephan Ballenweg (BASF Head of Knowledge Systems) gave an exclusive demonstration of the QKnows platform in action.
This was a rare opportunity to see first-hand how BASF is transforming knowledge and information management through their bespoke platform.
Stephan walked through the QKnows interface, demonstrating key features, user workflows and the AI capabilities, took questions on the platform.
This behind-the-scenes look was invaluable for anyone building, enhancing, or evaluating their own knowledge and information management solutions.
