Stakeholder value and AI Effective stakeholder engagement is central to delivering value. It requires understanding what stakeholders aim to achieve, and adapting how information teams communicate and collaborate.

As AI raises questions about roles, stakeholders may ask:

“Why should this work not be replaced by AI?”

Strong engagement helps ensure your value is recognised - through context, judgement, and trusted relationships.

In this Jinfo session, we will explore practical ways to strengthen stakeholder engagement across three areas:

How to align and prepare your information team for effective stakeholder engagement
How to better understand and reflect stakeholders’ priorities and language
How to build trust-based relationships and position your team as a valued partner.

Two follow-up hands-on sessions in July (max. 15 participants) will focus on applying these ideas in practice.
