When "news" content is a requirement for in-depth research, information managers take a close look at a supplier's content, search and reporting capabilities, and commercial terms, among other variables.

This session, part of the FreePint Topic Series: News, and Beyond, takes an in-depth look at the variables in question, vendor trends in meeting customer needs, and alternative approaches to meeting these needs. We'll also examine the terms by which information managers measure the value of these investments, and how they communicate value to their stakeholders.

If you're happy with your research tools and want to be sure they're working as hard for you as they can, or if you're considering a change in supplier, this session will provide focused discussion based on FreePint's latest research, as well as peer dialogue on similar discussions in organisations like yours.
