Abstract

Our research shows that artificial intelligence, machine learning and data analytics are core elements of intelligence systems - the centrality of these advanced features differentiates intelligence systems from current awareness platforms. In a current awareness platform they may be included; in an intelligence system they will be included and will be central.

It's likely that many organisations (even yours!) are currently in the early stages of evaluating intelligence systems, but most won't be ready for large-scale adoption for a number of years. 

In this transition period, you need to stay abreast of the evolution of technology and able to evaluate what might work in your organisation... as well as when your organisation is ready for it.

During this session, we'll delve into areas such as:

• What differentiates a current awareness platform from an intelligence system
• Which products sit in each category
• How to determine which will best suit you.
