Abstract

Our research shows that the most successful information teams possess good influencing, communication and engagement skills as well as in-depth domain knowledge.

But how do you manage and develop those members of staff who don't have those soft skills already or who don't have the will to gain them?

In this Community session, Jinfo's director of research, Robin Neidorf, will lead discussion and exercises aimed at building a well-rounded team with the right skills for overall long-term relevance and sustainability whilst giving team members the opportunity to play to their strengths.
