Early in 2015, FreePint completed research on the corporate market for ebooks -- one of the first studies to look beyond the public and academic library markets. We discovered that the pace of adoption is accelerating, with major increases in licensing and usage driven by a number of factors.

At the same time, we identified important questions and challenges information managers face when bringing ebooks into their collections. Concerns around licensing models, content bundles, lack of industry standards and interoperability are among the questions raised.
