CILIP's K&IM Special Interest Group (K&IM) is instrumental in creating a vibrant community of knowledge and information management professionals.

In creating this award, K&IM's Karen McFarlane and Sandra Ward have demonstrated their determination to recognise excellence in the information field.

Since 1997, Jinfo has built a rich resource of reference materials for information professionals:

• 600+ newsletters
• 3,000+ blog posts
• Subscription reports, articles, webinars and monthly community sessions.
• 400+ contributors.

Accepting the award, Jinfo Lead Analyst Stephen Phillips said:
