Welcome back to work... and if you're an intranet manager, you have a fresh report to help you plan projects for 2013. James Mullan offers his introduction to the FreePint Report: Intranet Management, an extra assignment he was pleased to take on as so many of his FreePint Articles relate to architecture, social connections and the human elements (or lack thereof) in today's intranets. If you only have time for one quick read, though, check out his predictions for intranet managers in 2013.
The final weeks of 2012 and start of 2013 offered up fresh insight on other evergreen topics, such as BYOD, social enterprise, and the ever-present "information overload" problem.
Is there a topic you want to see covered in FreePint Articles or Reports this year? We're doing a lot of planning at the moment, and now is a great time to have your voice heard. Email me at robin.neidorf@freepint.com with any suggestions, or submit them online.
