Abstract
We explain the thinking behind the fresh new look now introduced to the FreePint Newsletter.
Item
We have freshened the look of the FreePint Newsletter, which hasn't changed significantly since the first HTML version was launched in February 2006.
You can see the new look FreePint Newsletter here.
Specific improvements include:
- Better formatting, with thanks to the guidance and templates in the excellent MailChimp Guides
- Larger text which is easier to read on handheld devices, and matches that used on the FreePint Website
- Tightening up of the overall length, including a shorter table of contents and wider content sections
- Organising the content to focus on the FreePint Subscription, supported by the Features Blog... where My Favourite Tipples are now published for the first time, making them easier to share with your colleagues.
We hope you like the update to the FreePint Newsletter, and we welcome your comments by email to support@freepint.com. If there is a specific formatting issue when you receive it by email then please do send us a screenshot of how the newsletter looks in your email client.
