Abstract
Sharing FreePint content with colleagues is now easier thanks to an increase in the number of users for each Subscription level, explains Jane Zirbes.
Item
FreePint Subscription customers tell us they like the ability to share content across their organisation.
But it's challenging to request timely access when:
- Users are in a different timezone
- Collaborative teams are stretched across business units, or information professionals are embedded in different divisions.
In response to this challenge, we have increased the number of users at each level of the FreePint Subscription:
- Content: Full access to all content for up to 2 users (was 1 user)
- Community: Full access to all content for up to 10 users (was 4 users)
- Consulting: Full access to all content for up to 50 users (was 12 users)
You can add or remove users at any time by emailing support@freepint.com or completing the contact form.
Whether you're trying to collaborate around the world or across the hallway, we want to support you, your team and your organisation the way it makes most sense for you.
If you don't yet have a FreePint Subscription, perhaps now's the time to review the services and benefits at each level.
