Jinfo Research is conducting a survey of information professionals regarding how you and your team are planning for the future. 

• When does your organisation focus on delivering high-value services?
• When do you focus on enabling self-service?
• How can your information centre remain relevant into the future?

For more than three years Jinfo has compiled insights on these questions in our effort to create a flexible model we're calling the Information Centre of Excellence. 

Use this model to compare your department's strengths and characteristics as you adapt to our changing times.
