Abstract

In the third part of his product review, Andrew Grave takes a close look at news aggregator Factiva's functionality. His review includes the two search tools and the homepages. Query Genius, introduced last year, the newsletter function, and the various news pages which can be tailored to display content according to each user's needs are assessed. In addition, he covers new features such as this year's additions to Factiva Intelligent Indexing.
