Abstract
In the final part of our product review of TRG Screen's Quest, a request and workflow management system, we look at the overall value the product offers. We also highlight some of the help and training that's available to users, pricing options and some of its product development plans. We also explore the competitor landscape, which includes Altarama's RefTracker, KnowAll Matrix from Bailey Solutions and Zendesk.
