Licensed content and AI
Jinfo Community
24th March 2026
Description
There are fundamental shifts underway in how organisations purchase and use content.
Buyers and vendors are getting caught between traditional business models, and the evolving needs of their clients.
Buy-side organisations are keen to use content within enterprise AI tools (like Windows Copilot and Google Gemini). But vendors are reluctant to allow their content to be used within these tools.
In the meantime, vendors are deploying AI tools within the “walled garden” of their platforms, to keep control over the quality and veracity of AI-generated content.
This Jinfo Community session explored how buyers and vendors can find the middle ground
