This session will take a hands-on approach to how we guide, educate, and support users in working with AI and licensed content.

We'll explore practical, real-world scenarios such as:

Turning everyday tasks into opportunities to teach effective (and responsible) AI use
From use case to guidance
How do we translate policies into clear, usable instructions for end users?
What does "good output" look like?
Helping users assess, question, and improve AI-generated results
Scaling learning
Moving from one-off demos to embedded, repeatable user practices
