Training users in AI
Jinfo Community
23rd April 2026
Description
Managing how end users interact with data and AI in practice – not just in theory – is challenging, and needs to be approached carefully to support users without creating a sense of policing.
This session took a hands-on approach to how we guide, educate, and support users in working with AI and licensed content.
We explored practical, real-world scenarios such as:
- "I have 10 articles – now what?"
Turning everyday tasks into opportunities to teach effective (and responsible) AI use - From use case to guidance
How do we translate policies into clear, usable instructions for end users? - What does "good output" look like?
Helping users assess, question, and improve AI-generated results - Scaling learning
Moving from one-off demos to embedded, repeatable user practices.
