Practical workshop: stakeholder value and AI In this hands-on session, we will explore how to engage most effectively with stakeholders.

In a small group (max. 15 participants), you will work through your own stakeholder scenario where AI is considered as a potential replacement, and reframe the discussion around the underlying business need.

You will practise how to position the value of human expertise – highlighting context, judgement, and stakeholder understanding – and communicate this effectively.

The session will cover:

Understanding and framing the business problem
Articulating your value to stakeholders
Reframing your response in stakeholder-relevant terms.

To ensure the session addresses real business challenges, participants will be asked to complete a short poll in advance to tailor the discussion.
