[Research Focus: The information team with the right stuff]

Description

Every year or two it's worth taking the time to step back to critically analyse the work your department does - and how you would approach it if you were coming into the business afresh: a "tear up" day.

This is particularly important when technology continues to move apace and can have such a profound impact on our daily tasks.

In this Community session Robin Neidorf, Jinfo's director of research, will share two models of team and project management. We'll then work through the pros and cons of each, and set criteria unique to your world, which establish when to streamline, automate, outsource, push back or even stop doing activities altogether.

If you've ever wondered if your team is truly working as efficiently as possible, this is the session to join. You'll leave with the foundational knowledge to begin re-engineering workflow to achieve the optimal balance between human insight and technological power in your department.

This Community session is open to any organisation with the Community option on their subscription. When your registration is approved, you will receive details to join the teleconference.

If you have a question about this event, or are unsure if you have Community access on your subscription, please contact us.
