Are you working IN your department or ON your department? As a leader, the most important thing you can do on behalf of your organisation is to plan for the successful future, and yet few information managers feel they have enough time to do so.

In this Community session, Jinfo's director of research, Robin Neidorf, will lead discussion on starting from the most valuable activities - strategic planning - and building your workflow around them.
