Abstract
Jinfo surveyed the product training provisions for end-users from Q4 2024 to Q1 2025.
Information managers from nine sectors responded to our questions to provide a comprehensive insight into their training programmes, revealing a remarkably consistent set of practices and experiences.
This report contains an overview and analysis of the findings of the research, including suggested actions for information managers and vendors to deliver the best training strategies for end-users.
