This Community session will explore:

- The role of prompting, critical evaluation, and domain knowledge in the use of AI
- How information and knowledge managers can take the lead in developing AI capabilities across the organisation.
This session builds on our popular Community call “The impact of AI: educating colleagues”, and insights from our recent survey on end-user education.
