Editorial
 As one Topic Series winds down, another gears up:
The FreePint Topic Series: News, and Beyond officially kicks off on 1st October, but register at any time (free) to start the flow of information, including your free preview report: "Newsgathering - to Infinity and Beyond". The planned content and resources in this series examine the always-timely subject of delivering news content into an organisation - the content, the technology and the value proposition.
Meanwhile, the FreePint Topic Series: What You Need to Know Your Customer (KYC) is coming to a close, but it's not too late to register for notification of free and premium resources released through the series.
Although Topic Series drive the lion's share of our editorial and research resources, we also publish broadly across Sources, Technology and Value. Our latest Subscription Update, published on the FreePint Blog, highlights a wide range of items on social tools, data protection, privacy, and product reviews.
Communities of Practice sessions (CoPs) continue to exceed our expectations for customer engagement. The current listing of CoPs can be found on our Community page - we're particularly excited about the upcoming buyer session on news resources in London, a buyer-seller session on making information more visible to end users in London, and sessions on value and news resources in Amsterdam. We're also working on scheduling a buyer-seller session on information visibility in New York.
