Editorial

Robin NeidorfSometimes it's hard to believe just how many information sources are out there.

The most recent Subscription Update provides plenty of shortcuts to articles and reports that keep you up-to-date on information aggregators, company information, and Pay As You Go market research providers, among others.

You'll also find information about how to request access to the archived version of our recent FreePint Webinar: Source Expertise and Your Value to Your Business - as the number and variety of sources available for business research grows, your cultivation of expertise on sources and how to select them is a strategic asset to your business.

Source expertise and the variety of information sources available is also a central theme of the FreePint Topic Series: News, and Beyond, which officially launches on 1st October and runs through the end of December. Register for the series (free) and you'll get our preview report, plus ongoing notification of all content and resources released throughout the duration.

We'll continue to explore the tricky question of measuring value throughout the series. If you're in London, Amsterdam or New York, we are offering in-person Communities of Practice sessions to discuss the value of news content for awareness purposes as well as for in-depth research; teleconference sessions are also being scheduled, and you can always check the latest listings on our Community page to see what's coming.

If you don't yet have a Community-level FreePint Subscription, contact me at robin.neidorf@freepint.com to request a guest pass - the best way to learn the unique value of these sessions is to participate. I hope to see you at a future session!
