FreePint Newsletter No.420

Editorial

Robin NeidorfIn the last issue of the FreePint Newsletter, I commented on the challenges we all face in making the right information visible at the time of need.

We face this challenge as knowledge workers; and more importantly, we face it as a company. One of the most common queries we hear from FreePint customers is how we can help them sort through the volume of material we produce to find what's most useful to them.

Our search page is always a good starting point, as is our Topic Category page, which enables you to browse by the category of articles, reports, webinars and Communities of Practice.

You may also find the various Updates we produce helpful (each link takes you to the most recently published):

...plus each Topic Series offers a regular update over the course of the series. Register your interest (free) in the current Topic Series, "Best Practices In Information Skills Development" to receive those updates.

At the Consulting level of service, we also provide a bespoke Subscription Update based on the particular needs and interests of a given organisation. One customer's update might focus on coverage of key vendors, while another's focuses on managing portfolio value and improving collaborative workflows.

Information visibility is also about user awareness and consumption habits. Take a minute to check out at least one of the Updates suggested above. Does it help you explore FreePint in a new way?
