Abstract

We look in detail at the technology in Knowledge360, Cipher Systems' knowledge management, competitive intelligence and workflow solution, particularly its advanced semantic search capability that ensures more comprehensive searches and eliminates the need for a formalised taxonomy. In this third part of the review Sophie Alexander also covers use of widgets and new features that allow users to quantify the qualitative value that they are providing.
