We've been working hard on reorganising FreePint Family content to make it work more effectively for enterprise users. We've listened carefully to feedback from customers, and I'm excited to share the following important changes:

Article-level access

One of the big issues many users have had with our content is that much of it was distributed via large PDF reports and publications.

We now have article-level access to content - if you subscribe to FUMSI, for example, when you log in to your account, you have access to the HTML version of the individual article, rather than needing to download a whole PDF report to read and work with the article.

An earlier FreePint Features article describes the structure and benefit of login access to articles.

Categories

In addition to making content available at the article level, we've also tagged content by category. You can easily get a feed of content relevant to a particular industry topic and/or your job function.

For example, if you manage or head up information services for your organisation, select and manage product contracts, or lead information strategy, you might find the following categories most useful

While the head of your CI team might prefer to focus on these categories:

From any category-specific page, you can subscribe to an RSS feed to get updates as soon as new content is added.

If you want more detail about categories, this FreePint Features article provides more information.

Archive access

Finally, we've changed the scope of FUMSI subscription access to include the entire archive of content, not just the content added since subscription date. (Current customers should contact account manager Jane Zirbes at jane.zirbes@freepint.com to confirm their access to the archive.)
