Abstract

Catherine Dhanjal introduces the enhancements to FreePint's reviews as the new developments are rolled out this month.

FreePint's reviews are one of the most valued part of the FreePint Subscription, offering in-depth information on an information vendor and product.

We regularly scrutinise our reviews to see if they can offer our subscribers information which is more pertinent or more in tune with their challenges and buying pressures.

Enhancements being rolled this month are:

  • A new section on the competitive landscape - putting the product into context in terms of alternative offerings
  • A new section on the product's development plan and maturity - helping to identify not just how the product performs right now but where it's headed
  • An added emphasis on value and ROI - an area of reviews we have been developing over the last year or so and which feedback shows is an ever-important element for information purchasers
  • Reviews are being split differently to address the three FreePint Topics more clearly: Sources, Technology and Value. Whilst they can be read as a whole - and often will be - the aim is that readers can also dip into the section most relevant to them to quickly identify key areas of interest.

These improvements come from subscriber feedback so I would really welcome your thoughts on them. Please email me at catherine.dhanjal@freepint.com or complete the Contact Form.
