Item
Getting users to the right information and discovering fresh insights are the ongoing challenges of a robust information service. But most teams still struggle to find and maximise technology that achieves these goals consistently.
For you to make informed recommendations and decisions about how to progress this project in your environment, it helps to evaluate your situation in the broader context of your peers. When you participate in the Jinfo survey - adopting technology for discovery - provide an email address at the end of the survey and you'll get a copy of the report upon publication, as well as an invitation to upcoming webinars exploring the results.
This is the third year we have conducted research on discovery, and this year's iteration digs more deeply into themes we developed in the 2017 and 2018 iterations of the work, including:
- Which "discovery" tools are information teams using for which particular goals?
- How satisfactory are these implementations?
- What are information teams' priorities for next-generation discovery?
- How do information teams keep up with a fast-changing and complex technology environment?
Please take 10 minutes to complete the survey today. Your input supports broader knowledge across our industry.
