Abstract
The article considers the pros and cons of Twitter as a research tool in a corporate context. In particular, it examines issues of trust and reliability - namely, how can good content be distinguished from the bad. Furthermore, there will also be a brief review relating to any potential rules and/or restrictions relating to the use of Twitter content.
