By Chris Porter
Abstract
FreePint contributing editor Chris Porter considers to what extent data and news about companies has become commoditised and whether it's worth paying for a premium company information service. He uses a recent real-life research project as a case study to compare elements such as finding high-level information on publicly quoted and private companies, detailed data on quoted companies, and full text annual and interim reports.
