D&B360: Sources and Searching

As a Dun & Bradstreet product, D&B360 naturally sources much of its data from D&B. However, the customer's own data is integrated into the user's view to create a "360-view" of an account or a contact. D&B360 is an award-winning on-premise and cloud-based sales intelligence tool that connects users to existing and prospective customer data all from within their current CRM (client relationship management) system or other enterprise software applications. The product combines direct access to Dun & Bradstreet's database of more than 220 million businesses worldwide with corporate hierarchies, company profiles and financial data along with relevant real-world context from news feeds, social media and maps. By allowing the user to monitor and track the data in one place, with news updates pushed to their email, it provides more targeted prospecting and helps users close business more effectively. The application is primarily used by sales and marketing professionals to enable them to increase sales and deepen customer engagement.
