In this third article about the research results, we look at services respondents are currently using or evaluating to meet their users’ needs for discovery. The survey results show that, despite some ambivalence about the capabilities of current technologies to fully address user needs, corporate information managers are moving forward with evaluation and deployment of web-scale delivery services.
