Abstract
Following FreePint reporting and commentary last summer on Dow Jones' plans to subsume Factiva into its new DJX product, Tim Buckley Owen has been back to users, asking them whether they now feel more reassured and putting their continuing concerns to DJ's Georgene Huang.
