Robin Neidorf

Around once a year, Jinfo's management team has a chance to sit down together in the same room, in the same time zone, and hash out what matters most.

My recent trip to the United Kingdom offered such an opportunity. One of the most important results of this discussion was our sharpened focus on the three roles Jinfo supports:

  • Content purchasing
  • Information strategy
  • Optimising your research service.

Regardless of the title on your business card or LinkedIn profile, if you perform one or more of these three roles in your organisation, then Jinfo is for you.

The Jinfo blog hosts a monthly update by role, giving you our latest research-based insights and an index to relevant recent resources.

As managers, however, we decided to make it easier for you to ingest the insights from our research and talk about them - and other issues that matter to you - with others who have roles similar to yours.

Coming from April:

  • Monthly Community sessions with a role-specific focus
  • We recognise that Subscribers would prefer role-based information direct into their inbox, so we're adding that as a Subscription benefit from May.

The first "Jinfo Community for content purchasing" will take place on 9 May - click to learn more and register.

Don't have Community yet? Or a Jinfo Subscription? Or not sure? Catherine Dhanjal, our Head of Content and Community is ready to help. Submit your queries to her at any time.

Jinfo Testimonials
"The whole assessment process was valuable. Even the survey questions highlighted gaps and opportunities in our service. The assessment results are very clear. It's great to see places where we are in alignment with the majority of our peers. However, more meaningful are the areas where we are out of step with most information teams. The assessment results highlight the most valuable areas for us to focus on in the short term and provide a useful framework for discussions with stakeholders. The assessment process really doesn't take long, and will have clear benefits for my team."
