How to make mergers and acquisitions work for you
Jinfo Article
15th November 2017
Abstract
There have been several major mergers and acquisitions in the information services sector in recent years. In many cases, information teams have been left in the dark as to whether the capabilities of their existing products would remain unchanged, and whether prices would rise as a result. A recent Community session brought together information professionals to discuss the opportunities and challenges this presents and, in this article, Graham Southorn discusses some of the mergers along with ways to address any issues that may arise.
