Robin NeidorfSmart information teams are:

  1. Re-engineering their services
  2. Positioning themselves as internal consultants
  3. Focusing on the fundamentals of their expertise.

These are the common themes across Jinfo's research and consulting work of the past 12 months, and what we see as core strategy for the coming year.

Participants in the first two "State of the industry 2018" Community sessions agreed that these themes resonated with their plans. A third session has been scheduled for early March - read more about it and register to join the discussion.

Service re-engineering is the topic for a workshop I'll be leading next week in London. Seats are still available, so consider coming for an intensive session on breaking down your department activities and analysing them to ensure you're investing your time in the most important things.

(Not local to London? We're also offering an online version you can learn about here. But only a few seats remain available, so register soon if you're interested.)

If you're interested in meeting whilst I'm in London -- or if you want to recommend a visit to a city near you -- contact me at any time at robin.neidorf@jinfo.com. We're passionate about developing research-based practical insights; we're even more passionate about bringing them to you, in a format you can use.

Director of Research
