Robin NeidorfYou might have noticed that this is the 500th issue of the Jinfo Newsletter. We've been publishing twice a month for over 20 years (including under our previous name of FreePint).

In the early days, the plain-text Newsletter offered tips for using the web for business research - then uncharted territory.

Even then we were looking to the future, as founder and managing director William Hann announced the birth of his first child in a 1998 Newsletter; she's entering her final year of university this autumn. My own daughter is a rising junior in a US college, and this week saw the arrival into the world of our production manager Jody's first child, Thomas.

So, our staff (many of whom have been with us for many years) have children securing their driving licences and planning their futures. This next generation are our future employees and co-workers. They take a very different view on information availability and value - and theirs are the expectations we need to prepare for. Will your organisation be ready?

At Jinfo, we'll be ready. And we'll help you adapt for the next 20 years and beyond.

Robin Neidorf
Director of Research and Head of Consulting
